How much caffeine is in Avitae?
Avitae comes in three different strengths: 45mg, which is about the same as a diet soda; 90mg, like drinking a cup of coffee; and 125mg, about the same caffeine lift as 1 ½ cups of coffee.
How much caffeine should I consume in a day?

How do I subscribe?
You can have Avitae automatically shipped to you each month simply by choosing the Subscription button when you order your favorite product here . You can manage your subscription through your account, and we’ll bill the credit card you provided when you first created your account. Don’t have an account yet? Create one here.
How does the shipping work?
If you have a street address and live within the 48 contiguous United States, we can deliver Avitae to you. (Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or FPO or APO addresses, and delivery is not available in Alaska or Hawaii. International shipping is not available.) Shipping is free when you order three or more cases; shipping is $3 per case if you order one or two cases.
Orders are processed at our warehouse Monday through Friday. Once your order is processed, your Avitae should arrive in three to six business days.
What if I need to change the shipping address?
Visit your customer account here and log in using the same email you used to set up the subscription. Once logged in, click “Addresses” in the left-hand menu to see your Billing Address and Shipping Address and the Edit button that allows you to change this information.
What if I need to change the payment method?
Visit your customer account here and log in using the same email you used to set up the subscription. Once logged in, click Subscriptions in the left-hand menu, and then click on the View button to see your active subscription. Click on the Change Payment button and enter your new information.
Do you charge sales tax?
Only when it’s mandatory. We’re required to charge sales tax in states that charge sales tax on water and where Avitae has operations.
What’s your return policy?
We don’t accept returns, and we don’t exchange products. But if there’s a problem with your order, we can help. If your order was damaged during shipping, or you didn’t get what you ordered, get in touch with our customer service team right away – by email on our Contact Us page or by phone at 1-888-228-4823 – and we will send you a replacement. If you believe there is a quality issue with your Avitae, please take note of the EXP date and code printed on the neck of the bottle, then get in touch with Customer Service. We’ll trace the batch of Avitae you received and respond on a case-by-case basis.
How do I cancel my subscription?
We’d love to keep you energized and hydrated, and we hope you’ll be back soon! But if you need to cancel your current subscription, visit your customer account here and log in using the same email you used to set up the subscription. Click on the Subscriptions link in the left-hand menu, then “View your active subscription” to allow you to cancel. The order will remain in your account in case you want to reactivate your subscription.
